Two unidentified suspects on board a motorcycle shot dead Police Officer 3 Rafael Bartolome, 46, a resident of Plaridel, Bulacan, and a member of Bulacan CIDG, in Lapid’s Ville Subdivision, Barangay. Tambubong, San Rafael, Bulacan. The incident took place at around 6:30 p.m.

Witnesses disclosed that when the victim’s owner type jeep reached the main gate of the subdivision, he alighted from his vehicle and at that instance the suspects, on board a motorcycle, shot Bartolome twice on the head.
Probers from Bulacan CIDG led by PCI Cadayona is still conducting follow–up investigation on the killing of Bartolome to determine the motive/s behind the killing and to identify the personalities who may have the motives to kill the victim.
Pagdilao further ordered Lacadin to exert all efforts in pinpointing the armed tandem and leave no stone unturned in bringing the culprits before the bar of justice.
