Global E2C, the regional event, exhibition, conference, and training specialist partners with Ace And Associates (AAA) Risk Management, Inc. to bring you ICPS (International Crime Prevention Specialist) Training and Testing, a 3-day training program and intensive review of the ICPS curriculum.
ICPS Training and Testing participants will undergo 20 hours of intensive revision of the ICPS curriculum over three days. The review includes examples, games, and a preview test to allow participants to have a better understanding of the subject.
At the conclusion of the ICPS training, participants must pass a 200-multiple choice questions test. A score of at least 75% is needed to pass the test. Successful participants will earn a Certificate of Proficiency, ICPS lapel pin, ISCPP (International Society of Crime Prevention Practitioners) membership, and the designation of ‘ICPS’ (International Crime Prevention Specialist) conferred by the ISCPP Board of Directors.
Participants conferred with the “ICPS” designation are recognized internationally as a specialist in the field of crime prevention.
Established in 1990, the International Society of Crime Prevention Practitioners (ISCPP) has been awarding the designation of ICPS (International Crime Prevention Specialist) to practitioners around the world who possess in-depth knowledge and demonstrated expertise in the field of crime prevention.
In 2005, ISCPP released a completely new and updated International Crime Prevention Specialist curriculum which was written by crime prevention professionals from all over the world. It is a comprehensive 500 pages of training and reference manual which includes 15 core subject lessons, 14 elective subjects and 7 resources chapters.
