Ebola Virus Disease (EVD) or Ebola Hemorrhagic Fever (EHF) is a severe, often fatal illness in humans. According to the World Health Organization, EVD outbreaks have a 90% fatality rate.

The Ebola Virus is transmitted from wild animals to humans and human-to-human transmission.
