Philippine Star reports that eight villagers were badly hurt in a grenade blast Wednesday night in Banisilan, North Cotabato. Chief Inspector Aldrin Gonzalez, information officer of the Police Regional Office-12, said Thursday the victims are all relatives of Sanny Khadil, chairman of Barangay Tinimbacan in Banisilan. Gonzalez said personnel of the Banisilan municipal police are convinced Khadil was the target of the grenade attack.
