Local government units in Metro Manila and several cities and municipalities in provinces affected by the prevailing weather condition have announced the suspension of classes in all levels in both public and private schools.

Meanwhile, classes from preschool to high school were also suspended in Rodriguez, Rizal and Pangasinan.

State weather bureau PAGASA warned that the heavy rains brought about by the southwest monsoon or habagat enhanced by Typhoon “Falcon” may continue until the weekend.
