IT Student Stabbed by Fellow Students at Adamson University

It seems that campus crimes are on the rise.

An Information Technology student at Adamson University was stabbed by fellow students the other morning inside the said university in Ermita, Manila, according to several news sources.

The victim was identified as 21-year-old Kevin Roi Castro, a resident of Tondo, Manila. The suspects, on the other hand, were also identified as 18-year-old Mark Raven Sallao, a resident of Makati City, and another student only known as ‘Juris,’ who was said to have immediately left after the incident.

Upon learning about the incident, the security guard rushed the victim to Medical Center Manila (MCM). The suspects, on the other hand, immediately left the scene.

According to police reports, Castro is a member for the Scouts Royale Brotherhood fraternity, while the suspects are members of the Tau Gamma Phi fraternity. Police authorities said the motive of the crime may be fraternity-related.

Castro remains confined for treatment at MCM.
