Oct 4 Traffic Rerouting

Heavy traffic flow is expected as the Million People’s March against corruption will be held in Makati City’s Central Business district today, October 4.

Everyone is advised to take alternate routes and avoid the activity area around the Ninoy Aquino monument along Paseo de Roxas Avenue a segment of Ayala Avenue.

Road Closures

Paseo de Roxas – Ayala Avenue to Sedeno Stree 10:00 a.m. onwards

Ayala Avenue – Makati Avenue to Herrera Street (Both lanes) 2:00 p.m. onwards

Paseo de Roxas – Dela Rosa Street to Sedeno Street (Bot Lanes) 2:00 p.m. onwards

Bus Rerouting

All Passenger Buses (PUBs) from EDSA, will turn right to Sen. Gil Puyat to their destination; or turn right to Ayala Avenue, turn right to Makati Avenue, turn left to Gil Puyat before proceeding to their destination.

All PUBS coming from SLEX, Gil Puyat Avenue, Pasay City will take Gil Puyat Avenue then turn left to EDSA before proceeding to their destination.

PUJ/ Light Vehicles

From J.P. Rizal, right turn to Makati Avenue, right turn to Paseo de Roxas, right turn to Villar Street, left turn to L.P. Leviste, left turn to V.A. Rufino, right turn to Ayala Avenue towards their destination.

From Washington street, right turn to Gil Puyat, right turn Ayala Avenue, right turn to Salcedo, left turn to Benavidez towards Esperanza, right turn to Makati Avenue, right turn to Arnaiz Avenue, right turn to PAseo de Roxas, left turn to Dela Rosa, right turn to Salcedo and turn left to Ayala Avenue towards their destination.

All vehicles from McKinley towards CBD/ Legaspi Village shall take Arnaiz Avenue, turn right to Paseo de Roxas towards destination and vice versa. If going towards Salcedo village, enter Ayala Avenue, right turn to Apartment Ridge, Left Turn to Sta. Potenciana and turn left to Paseo de Roxas towards their destination.
