Security Professionals Gather for SAE Singapore Security Management Conference 2013

This November, security professionals will converge for the SAE Singapore Security Management Conference 2013, the prestigious annual initiative of Global E2C that brings together senior security leaders from Singapore and around the Asia Pacific to collaborate, exchange expertise, share knowledge and competencies, and address current industry challenges.

Happening on November 6 and 7 at the Carlton Hotel Singapore, the event will have 4-track conferences featuring thought-provoking presentations from over 20 internationally renowned speakers and close to 30 industrial panelists.

The TAPA (Transported Asset Protection Association) Asia Supply Chain Security Conference and Building, Facility and Structural Security Conference will be held on November 6.

Among the speakers for the latter are Ace Esmeralda, Editor-in-Chief of SecurityMatters Magazine; David T. Gabel, President of International Society of Crime Prevention Practitioners; Lu Tan Fong, Managing Director at Asis Technologies Pte Ltd.; Narayanan Srinivasan, Professor of Security and Risk at Edith Cowan University; Robert L. Dodge, President of Dodge Global Risk Management; and Bashan Samuel, retired Special Agent from Israel Security Agency.

Esmeralda will talk on “Managing Threats and Hazards Through effective Interventions.” He will tackle the challenges, synergies, and future of security innovations in buildings, facilities and structures.

On November 7, Corporate Security Management Conference and Counter Terrorism Security Conference will be held.

Esmeralda will be back to join the roster of speakers for Counter Terrorism Security. He will tackle “Practical New views in Counter Terrorism in the Corporate Arena.” His presentation will touch on practical approaches on counter-terrorism from the corporate stance.

Joining Esmeralda are Maria Ressa, Managing Director at Rappler Philippines and author of From Bin Laden to Facebook; Shaun Boulter, Director of Security at AA International Singapore; Louis Alexander, retired Special Agent and former member of the US Joint Counter-Terrorism Task Force; Ali Fazeli, Founder of Infinity Forensics Singapore; and Bashan Samuel.
