Last October 7, residents of Bricktown Village in Paranaque City received a memo from their homeowners’ association, saying one of the houses in their subdivision was robbed.

The robbery happened at the Gianzon household four days ago at an inconspicuous time of 5:40 p.m. when everyone didn’t expect break-ins to happen.

Armed with guns, the robbers broke in and hogtied the three people in the house. They then taped the residents’ mouths. In just a few minutes, the crime was completed.
