In anticipation of bad weather due to Typhoon Ruby, classes have been suspended in all levels in different parts of the country tomorrow, Dec. 9.
In NCR, class suspensions are up in the cities of Caloocan, Las Piñas, Makati, Malabon, Mandaluyong City, Manila, Marikina, Muntinlupa, Navotas, Parañaque, Pasay, Pasig, Pateros, Quezon City, San Juan, Taguig, and Valenzuela; and in the provinces of Batangas, Cavite, Laguna, Quezon, and Rizal.
Classes in all levels are likewise suspended in Calapan City in Oriental Mindoro.
