Lady Gaga concert to bring heavy traffic

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority has warned motorists against the expected traffic build-up near SM Mall of Asia tonight (May 21) and tomorrow (May 22) when international artist Lady Gaga performs in a series of concerts.

Aside from the influx of concertgoers, traffic may also get worse because of possible protest actions by groups and organizations who earlier accused Lady Gaga of being “anti-Christ.”

MMDA has advised motorists and commuters to avoid the MOA area and Roxas Boulevard at around 5 p.m. onwards.

Lady Gaga’s Born This Way Ball concert will launch the SM Arena, the mall’s newest entertainment center, which has a seating capacity of 16,000 and a full-house capacity of 20,000 people.
