SECRETARY RAFAEL ALUNAN III TO DELIVER CLOSING REMARKS AT i4C.PH 2026!

We are honored to announce that Secretary Rafael Alunan III, former Secretary of the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) and the Department of Tourism (DOT), and a member of the Management Association of the Philippines (MAP), will deliver the closing remarks on the final day of i4C.PH 2026: Resilience Reimagined.

Bringing together government leaders, industry experts, and private-sector stakeholders, i4C.PH 2026 provides a platform for addressing interconnected challenges in crisis management, emergency response, grid and energy resilience, and cybersecurity.

As the three-day summit concludes, Secretary Alunan will underscore the importance of decisive leadership, cross-sector collaboration, and collective preparedness in building a safer, more secure, and resilient Philippines.
