Hours before she is finally laid to rest, police has finally found the missing car of slain ad executive Kristelle ‘Kae’ Davantes in Las Piñas City Sunday morning.
In a GMA News Online report, DILG Secretary Mar Roxas said that Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO) are currently processing the vehicle while Davantes’ relatives are identifying personal items found in the car.
According to reports, the car seats were removed and there was an attempt to burn the car.
Davantes’ missing vehicle was found after residents reported hearing a car alarm blaring loudly early Sunday morning at the corner of Nickel and Silver streets in Carmella 4A, Barangay Pamplona Tres in Las Piñas.
Davantes’ body was found under Tibagan Bridge in Silang, Cavite on September 7. She was last seen driving her metallic beige Toyota Altis at the Bonifacio Global City early Saturday morning.
The missing car’s recovery was seen as a major breakthrough on the case.
