i4C.PH and Scam Watch Pilipinas Partner to Bridge Enterprise Cyber Resilience and Citizen Digital Safety at National Resilience Summit
i4C.PH 2026: Resilience Reimagined has officially partnered with Scam Watch Pilipinas, the national citizen arm against online fraud, to embed digital literacy, scam prevention, and community mobilization into the upcoming national capability-building summit on 15–17 September 2026 at the SMX Convention Center Clark. The strategic collaboration bridges high-level enterprise risk management with public digital safety, addressing how cyber-enabled crimes, misinformation, phishing, and fraudulent donation drives spike during major public emergencies and infrastructure disruptions.
The partnership aims to expand digital safety programming across the summit’s parallel industry tracks held alongside the flagship Grid & Energy Resilience Summit. Key focal areas include youth empowerment during the Youth for Resilience Summit, school safety and online threat management at the School and Campus Security Conference, and sector-specific protection, such as addressing resort impersonation, fake travel agencies, and unauthorized booking pages during the Hotel and Restaurant Security Conference.
Additionally, the summit will feature an on-site Scam Watch Pilipinas booth dedicated to public education, interactive scam-reporting demonstrations, and local volunteer recruitment to expand the movement’s network of community “watchers”. Underpinning the entire initiative is a shared commitment to non-partisan, issue-based consumer protection, strict data privacy safeguards, and a holistic defense framework that connects macro-level infrastructure resilience directly with individual cyber hygiene.
